A development site with plans lodged for apartments and townhouses at Schofields within the growing north-western Sydney corridor is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW.
The approximately 20,280 sqm site at 12 Boundary Road, Schofields, is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Scott Timbrell, Nic George and Stephen Moses of Ray White Commercial NSW.
Scott Timbrell said the site is currently zoned medium density residential and a development application has been lodged with Blacktown City Council for 297 apartments and 21 townhouses in four residential buildings.
