Ray White Commercial Expand into Sydney Growth Pocket

Ray White Commercial NSW Partners Jeff Moxham and the White family have opened their second office, located in the heart of Parramatta CBD, after selling more than $160 million worth of real estate in the area over the past 24 months.

Managing Director and Partner, Jeff Moxham, joined forces with Ray White 2.5 years ago to grow the Group’s commercial operations in Sydney.

Dan White, Director of Ray White, said the move into Parramatta is an important part of our partnership with Jeff and plays a key role in our metropolitan Sydney strategy.

“With the success of the NSW commercial business in the in the past 24 months, the timing was perfect. Having a physical presence in Parramatta is so important for us,” he said.

The Moxham name is one that’s synonymous with Parramatta’s history.

“My Grandfather opened Moxham Real Estate in the 1950s,” Jeff said. “My father soon joined the business and I joined nearly 40 years later, spending 10 years in the business before moving into commercial real estate.

“My family actually settled in Parramatta in the mid 1800’s with my Great Great Uncle, Thomas Moxham, Mayor of Parramatta in 1897. Moxham Park, Moxham Street and Moxhams Road were all named after my family.”

Dan White said: “With Jeff’s family history in the area and his passion for family values in business we have wonderful synergies. Jeff and his Parramatta based team is rapidly growing adding to the now well established Sydney CBD team. There’s a real buzz in the air, the team are hugely passionate about dominating this market.”

Jeff Moxham said: ‘We are also extremely excited to announce the appointment of Joseph Assaf to our Parramatta team. With Joseph’s impeccable reputation for outstanding results together with honest and ethical business practices we are thrilled to have him on board. It is no surprise he has lead the Parramatta CBD commercial market over the last 12 years.”
