A concept image of what the Northern Beaches Health Hub will look like.THE Northern Beaches Health Hub, soon to be under construction, is offering specialist medical practitioners the opportunity to halt a service shortfall in the area and leverage off the new $2.14BN Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) at 11 Tilley Lane in Frenchs Forest.
With development commencing late 2019, Ray White Commercial, in conjunction with Barratt Jennings Partners, are seeking pre-construction expressions of interest for suitably qualified medical practices to occupy the development by early 2021.
With the ongoing undersupply of specialist services in the area and discussions already underway for a big-name anchor tenant, interest to date has been strong.
On offer is a limited 2,000sq m* of floor space plus 72 car parking spaces, an onsite café and pathology drop-off, and tenancies are available from 40sq m*.
Brodie Kemp of Barratt Jennings Partners said the project would be delivered by national, diversified real estate investment and development firm, CK Group.
“We have expert analysis indicating that there’s a real shortfall in specialist services on the Northern Beaches and this development offers a multitude of specialists the opportunity to expand their practice and leverage off of the nearby NBH,” Mr Kemp said.
“The shortfall includes but is not limited to; diagnostic GI endoscopy, urology, chemotherapy, renal medicine, ophthalmology, psychiatry, renal dialysis and non-acute, so this site is going to appeal to a large number of people and businesses.”
