Hornsby Site with DA Lodged for Sale
A boutique development site (STCA) with a development application lodged for residential units at Hornsby in Sydney’s north is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW.
The property with a land area of approximately 1,729 sqm site at 3-5a Citrus Avenue, Hornsby, is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Jeff Moxham, Samuel Hadgelias and Stephen Moses of Ray White Commercial NSW.
Jeff Moxham said that the DA lodged with Hornsby Shire Council to demolish the existing structures on the site and construct a block of 36 residential was lodged earlier this year and approval is expected shortly.
“The property is strategically located in the established upper north shore Sydney suburb of Hornsby, approximately 25km north-west of the Sydney CBD. The immediate location of the site offers a very attractive residential setting,” he said.
Stephen Moses said the Citrus Ave site is in a prominent position less than 1km from Asquith railway station and just a short walk to the Hornsby Westfield, town centre and station. Hornsby has been identified by the State Government as a key strategic centre in the northern Sydney area.
“It is also near local schools with easy access to all transport and main road links,” he said.
