Gosford Residential Development Sites for Sale
Two landmark residential development sites at Gosford on the NSW Central Coast are being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW in conjunction with Paul Pace Country.
The sites at 94-98 John Whiteway Drive and a corner block at 141-143 Erina Street and 221-225 Albany Street are being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Michael Ajaka and Nic George of Ray White Commercial NSW and Paul Pace of Paul Pace Country.
Michael Ajaka said the John Whiteway Drive property has a DA for 39 units with potential upside for 60 units (STCA).
“The property offers views over Brisbane Waters (pictured) and is close to shopping centres and other major facilities such as the Gosford railway station,” he said.
“Currently Gosford is experiencing strong pre-sales for residential units being sold off the plan, which is beneficial for both developers and buyers.
“The buyers are seeing good value in the market for new units and developers are not experiencing a lack of genuine enquiries to buy.”
Nic George said the approximately 4,016 sqm site on the corner of Erina and Albany streets is currently zoned B4 mixed use.
“This particular site overlooks a national park together with captivating views to Brisbane Waters and beyond,” he said.
Mr Pace said: “The site on the corner of Erina Street and Albany Street is the larger of the two sites and had indicative plans for 198 units plus ground floor commercial space, but was not lodged with council.”
Expressions of Interest close at 3pm on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 and both sites are to be sold separately.
