Dubbo Commercial Property Sold for $2,035,000
A commercial complex in central Dubbo has been sold by Ray White Dubbo and Ray White Commercial NSW for $2,035,000.
The approximately 2,158 sqm building at 216 Macquarie Street and 1 Bank Street, Dubbo, was sold to a private investor by Ray White Dubbo’s Director, Richard Tegart and Samuel Hadgelias and Jeff Moxham of Ray White Commercial NSW.
Samuel Hadgelias said the complex was offered for sale on behalf of Fairfax Media. It was previously occupied by the Daily Liberal which has moved to a new site at nearby Talbragar Street. The site went to auction following a strong marketing campaign and ultimately sold through private negotiation after auction.
“This commercial site, only 50m from the Dubbo Square retail complex, is on approximately 5,020 sqm and offered a two storey office space with full amenities and a large warehouse/factory with heavy vehicle access”, he said.
Jeff Moxham said the offering is zoned B3 Commercial Core and has future development potential, subject to council approval.
Richard Tegart noted that “the sale is evidence that Dubbo is a thriving and dynamic regional city in central west NSW and home to more than 40,000 people with a retail catchment of over 200,000”.
