DA Approved South Coast Subdivision Site for Sale
A DA approved rural subdivision site near Eden on the magnificent Sapphire Coast of southern NSW is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW in conjunction with Chris Wilson Real Estate.
The 364ha site at 256 Towamba Road, Eden, is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Jeff Moxham and Samuel Hadgelias of Ray White Commercial NSW and Chris Wilson of Chris Wilson Real Estate.
Jeff Moxham said the site is DA approved for a 13-lot rural subdivision and offers an opportunity to develop a large land holding on the Sapphire Coast.
“This ready to develop site enjoys fantastic ocean views across Twofold Bay and is close to the Eden town centre and beach,” he said.
“All the lots have been cleared and the site is fully surveyed and electricity service cable installed.”
Samuel Hadgelias said Bega Valley Shire Council has approved a DA for 11 concessional lots ranging from 10ha to 6ha plus one 120ha lot and one 148ha parcel.
“The site takes advantage of its proximity to the Port of Eden development, which features the Breakwater Wharf Extension- the proposed $44 million upgrade to the existing harbour to accommodate large cruise ships visiting the port,” he said.
“The economic benefits for Eden will include an increased tourist economy and more employment during the construction phase with ongoing employment opportunities for the increased industries.
Mr Wilson said Eden is a renowned natural paradise approximately 478km south of Sydney and is the most southerly town in NSW.
“Eden attracts a larger number of tourists due to its premier whale watching location and deep port allowing for an influx of cruise ships,” he said.
“Eden has a bustling high street filled with vibrant restaurants, cafes and multiple accommodation options. The town is well catered for with a full range of health and medical services as well as highly regarded primary and secondary schools.”
The site is being offered for sale via Expression of Interest, closing at 3pm (AEDT), on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
