18 Campbelltown apartments for sale in one-line

EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for the sale of 18 completed apartments in one-line at The Chamberlain, 30-34 Chamberlain Street, Campbelltown.

The newly-built Chamberlain includes 80 apartments, and the 18 in one-line on offer compromise of two three-bedrooms, 14 two-bedrooms and two one-bedrooms.

The asset is marketed by Ray White Commercial NSW’s Director and Partner Matthew Ramsay, Managing Director and Partner Jeff Moxham and Associate Director Samuel Hadgelias.

Mr Ramsay said the 18 apartments in the heart of Campbelltown were all quality finishes, fitted with modern appliances and came with one or more car parks, totaling to 20 spaces.

“There’s a real opportunity for investors to take advantage of a rare in one-line purchase that offers a potential annual return of $403,520* total,” he said.

“Ten of the apartments are located on the top floor and they all come with private courtyards or balconies, carpeted floors, internal air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes, laundry room with dryer and stainless-steel appliances with gas cooking.

Mr Moxham said the residents in Campbelltown were dominated by young workers due to the surrounding education institutes.

“More and more young people are moving in to the area and the population is made up largely of first home buyers and renters, ” he said.

“The properties are well-serviced by nearby amenities, with a childcare centre next door, entertainment amenities close at hand, and education institutes just moments away.”

Mr Hadgelias said the location alone would be a real drawcard for potential buyers because of its high-growth potential.

“Campbelltown is a suburb 42km* south-west of Sydney CBD and will be a 30 minute* drive to the proposed Western Sydney Airport at Badgery’s Creek, which is earmarked for completion in 2026,” he said.

“It’s also home to the Campbelltown Mall, Macarthur Square, Western Sydney University and TAFE NSW campuses. The properties are within walking distance to Campbelltown station, with direct services to Sydney CBD.”

Expressions of interest close on Thursday 28 March 2019 at 3pm (AEDT).
