EXPRESSIONS of interest are being sought for the sale of 18 completed apartments in one-line at The Chamberlain, 30-34 Chamberlain Street, Campbelltown.
The newly-built Chamberlain includes 80 apartments, and the 18 in one-line on offer compromise of two three-bedrooms, 14 two-bedrooms and two one-bedrooms.
The asset is marketed by Ray White Commercial NSW’s Director and Partner Matthew Ramsay, Managing Director and Partner Jeff Moxham and Associate Director Samuel Hadgelias.
Mr Ramsay said the 18 apartments in the heart of Campbelltown were all quality finishes, fitted with modern appliances and came with one or more car parks, totaling to 20 spaces.
