The National Building circa. 1926 is a 12 storey strata titled building with historic listing comprising retail and basement tenancies and 11 levels of offices. The building is located adjacent to the ANZ Bank Centre and the Pitt Street station construction project, close to Sydney Hilton, QVB, Pitt Street Mall and Town Hall.

Between November 2018 – March 2019, five office suites had become available for lease mainly due to lease expiries (as two tenants had outgrown their premises, one tenant worked from a client’s site and one tenant moved to a home office).
