Thomas moved into Asset Management 4 years ago, after 10 years of delivering outstanding customer service in the corporate finance sector. With those skills at hand, Thomas felt a natural kinship with the skills required of a commercial asset management professional and continues to demonstrate that to his clientele on a daily basis.

Thomas has a genuine interest in helping owners maximise the return on their investments while giving them the assurance that the long term value of their properties is protected through rigorous maintenance and repair regimes. While he knows that his attention to detail and financial acumen are the fundamentals of his role, Thomas feels that in order to be successful in this field, the most important attributes that an Asset Manager can hold are to be honest, have integrity, and be reliable and responsible.
