Michael Simson

With a wealth of experience from his time working throughout South East Queensland, Regional Director, Michael has worked with clients ranging from institutional developers and large corporates to boutique developers and private investors, as well as not-for-profits and housing providers.

Specialising in Residential Development, Michael has previously worked on multi-staged subdivisions, large-scale townhouse complexes, multi-storey unit buildings, and build-to-rent. Mixed-use developments, prestige residential and residential investment holdings (in-one-line, residual stock, flats, rooming accommodation etc.) are also in his remit.

When not in the office Michael enjoys getting out on the trails and hiking with his kids.
