Julian Milne

Julian has a 24-year career in commercial real estate. Currently based in the Sydney CBD his focus is commercial office leasing in the Sydney CBD.

He has unique experience in office leasing having represented the interests of both tenants and landlords as an agent, tenant representative, leasehold portfolio manager (Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Walt Disney) and asset manager. He has deep knowledge of the Sydney CBD office market and during his career has had extensive experience across real estate markets nationally, regionally across all major Asia Pacific markets (incl. Japan and India), and exposure to other global markets in US, Europe and the Middle East (with Servcorp). 

He has secured major leasing transactions across a variety of sectors including banking, financial services, asset managment, insurance, legal and technology. He has advised landlords on major marketing appointments in both Hong Kong and Sydney, as a landlord representative and agent. Major leasing appointments include pre-commitment marketing for the 108-storey (274K sqm) mega-tower,  the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong.
