David Tockar

I was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and grew up and live in the Eastern Suburbs.

I completed my undergrad in Commerce at UNSW, and later moved to Melbourne to study my Masters in Property at RMIT. I've been working in the property industry ever since, so just under 5 years.

My previous role was in Site Acquisitions for a huge $100Bn Chinese state-owned developer called Poly Global.

I have always been passionate about property development, and have found my calling working with Ray White, with a focus on selling development sites.

My interests include spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, training karate when I can (I'm a black belt in a full-contact, bare-knuckle style called Kyokushin), and listening to music ranging from classical to heavy metal to rap to techno.
