Baulkham Hills Site for Sale
A development site opportunity ideally located with main road frontage at Baulkham Hills in Sydney’s rapidly growing north-western Sydney corridor which is currently undergoing a major gentrification process in line with high levels of infrastructure spending by the NSW government is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial NSW.
Scott Timbrell, the lead agent for the recent sale of 91 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills understands the strong demand for land subdivision sites in the Hills District at present, with many developers looking past unit sites in fear of saturation to the market place.
The approximately 10,702 sqm site at 67 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills, is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Scott Timbrell and Nic George of Ray White Commercial NSW.
Scott Timbrell said the site is currently zoned R3 Medium Density Residential and SP2 Infrastructure and benefits from approximately 61m frontage to Windsor Rd.
“The site also benefits from a scenic location with Castle Hill Country Club golf course just to the rear of the property.
“The M7 and M2 motorways are easily accessible via Windsor Road which provides direct access to the Sydney CBD and western suburbs. The M7 motorway also gives access on the M5 Motorway.”
Nic George said another advantage for the location is the $8.3 billion North West Rail Link, which will provide eight new railway stations for the region and the first fully-automated rapid transit rail system.
“This is Australia’s largest public transport infrastructure project currently under construction and a priority rail project for the NSW Government,” he said.
Nic George said the Windsor Rd site is also approximately 450m to TAFE NSW Castle Hill Campus and 500m to the Castle Hill Industrial Area.
“The site is also approximately 2km from the Norwest Market Town shopping centre,” he said.
